I believe reality will squash theory.

When you're aware of it, you can squash it like a bug..quickly!

I tried to introduce myself to her, and her daughter started talking to me; and then she wordlessly grabbed her daughter and grandchildren, ushered them into the house, and shut the door on me.The second time I met her, and the first time I spoke to her, she accused me of racism three times.Periodically ever since then, like about once to twice a week, she'll send longs strings of text messages screaming at me about eternal lists of things she wants fixed, done or is upset about.Just earlier this week, she sent me another mashup of complaints at 11:09PM in which she went on and on about how cold it was in her apartment (it was warm and comfortable when I visited to do repairs last weekend) and water leaking in the basement, and in the middle squashed in 4 words stating "toilet isn't flushing properly"Well, I work a day job and was under a deadline (as I frequently am).

Indians would often survive on a simple diet of corn, beans and squash supplemented by protein from hunting kills.

In some jurisdictions, if you accept partial payment, especially in light of him moving out, it could put the squash on evicting.

If stuff isn’t up to snuff better to have him/her catch it during the process than to have an appraiser and/or buyer/renters bring it up and squash the deal. 

Don't pull the trigger until you find such a deal that you can reasonably afford to hold through thick and thin.Rinse and repeat as needed until filthy rich :) I'd still be doing that today if having small children didn't completely squash the house hacking strategy ... kids and construction sites are a no go for me and my wife.

Perhaps "invalid on it's face" was not a correct description, but since an unsecured note here simply creates No "interest in a piece of real property", any LP against the property would be squashed with one hearing.
