I received a spiritual calling this January to share what I do with those interested. 

I now work with clients as spiritual director and psychotherapist (in training), using my own pain an suffering to hopefully help lead others deeply into their own and transform it into something beautiful.

I've learned a lot about the necessity of being able to offer a mentor something in return, and whether that's help, or anything of that sort, I'm a willing participant.Furthermore, I'm a very spiritual person.

I value family,friends,health,spirituality over money.When I was in my 20's I didn't think about time as much and was like I will work,work,work to get ahead.I know people today older in age 60',70's that have extraordinary wealth and would give back most if it to have the time back for life experiences.

Work a little , spend time with the family, and spend some time improving yourself ( emotionally, spiritually,intellect). 

In my opinion that is the first step you should take in any adverse possession play.I have found that very often the owner has indeed intentionally abandoned the property - usually due to other debts on the property or personal issues ranging from disease, to imprisonment to a change in the owner's mental or spiritual state. 

By multidimensional, for example, as the book breaks them down: Spiritual, Physical, Personal, Key Relationships (loved ones), Job, Business, Financial.

My intro/bio- I'm one of the BiggerPockets blog authors, have been doing that for about 5 years now, I've invested solely in rental properties (primarily turnkey and with the exception of a couple investments I made in Nicaragua a few years back), my background is in Aerospace Engineering but I'm only in REI now, I love traveling, I live in Venice Beach, I'm a pilot, I recently got a Master's in Spiritual Psychology (weird, I know), I have the world's cutest Pekingese dog, and I love the beach.
