You have to value your time, leverage your skills, and execute a long or short term play. 

So, you’re at someone else’s expertise, decision making, experience, analytical skills, information flow, managerial capacity, oversight, etc.  

But I know that the leaders are working on plans to fix it and they are very skilled and effective.

I do believe analyzing properties is a very crucial skill, so i am putting lots of effort into learning that.
