So I received my weekly mail this morning through that convenient slot in my door and curiosity made me go pick up that envelope and in that formal letterhead I saw the utilities' company's name in bold letters.

It's easier to batch the calls than convince yourself to make one call each day, so dedicate a time slot to get it all done with real conversation rather than becoming just another applicant.

My advice, is in the beginning purchase in your personal name as you will get the best financing terms and once you get close to running out of slots, then buying in the name of an LLC can help continue your growth and by then you have a good track record as well.Happy hunting,Eric

If it is an elongated type (vs. symmetrical) chances are good that if you remove that plate you will find a large slotted head that is a shutoff for each side of the fixture.

Not to mention, not so much investors, but homeowners are so damn indecisive they take up a slot on my shcedule for 2 weeks and cancel the day before when I COULDA been working making money elsewhere, quite often.
