Where's the skin in the game like I had to do? 

I would not reccomend them at all in you are in an area of with alot of moisture or rain.

Not that I'm aware of....you need skin in the game.

Also they remove the need for a chimney and individual water heaters since the exhaust is essentially moisture. our HVAC does most of their work in the city if you want contact info- He's installed 3 for us just this last year lol In basic terms It would involve:-Permits / approval-Additional Meters X 3 (all thru UGI, they coordinate with contractor)-3 additional units to accommodate each apartment.

Really cool way to do it so all parties have some skin in the game.  

If you have the thick skin and patience for it, you may be able to make it work, but it wouldn't be something I would recommend.

STRs are not for the faint of heart or the thin-skinned.

This will save you on subscription costs.Regarding how to track properties & entities using QBO (Plus), there are different ways of skinning this but I'll tell you what works for our Clients.

The deal has enough skin on it that we will still make a nice profit (its a multi unit with other units so this isn't our whole budget) so thankfully just comes out be a learning experience.
