This is very important though: Every person staying at the resort must be added to your room reservation or they will not be allowed to enter the property, including kids! 

Hey @Ruth Reyes, I agree with both @John Underwood AND @James Carlson.I never really look hard at condo's due to the HOA fees and the fact that a controlling member can rule the roost.For example we almost bought a ski condo at the Inn of the 7th Mountain in Bend Oregon.

What the law says is often more of a last resort than a first option initially when there is a dispute because enforcing your rights in court and collecting afterwards can be costly and difficult. 2.

Skied property you’re at 50% LT  so that means you have 25% potential equity to tap into up to a total of 75% or 600,000 of the total 800,000 value (200k potential access). 

Here's a quick summary:Manchester: STR demand could come from business travelers, especially near Hartford.Canton: Lower demand unless near outdoor recreation areas.Southington: Strong option with year-round tourists (skiing, Lake Compounce).Bristol: Good potential with ESPN and tourist attractions.Berlin: May have less demand unless near major highways.Focus on properties near attractions or business centers to keep occupancy high.

So at this point foreclosure is a last resort..
