I don't make much money and I am wondering if there are different options to simulate this strategy?

This is a tough call (and why I was looking into Harry Browne, etc)Harry Browne's asset allocation was designed (I assume) for longer-term holding and lower volatility, so it might be good to run simulations on previous periods using similar time horizons.

Should I BRRRR or should I put 15% down, should I live as owner occupied and cashout refi.... all those question will come and you will buiild a simulator and simulate those scenarios than you come to question yourself " do I want make 10k passive income but manage like 70 properties or is 8k passive income with 32 properties better but takes 6 years to pick up " .

So again by analyzing and simulating you become a master of the numbers and you will optimize your plan little by little- Some already suggested that you start a job related to real estate, it does not really matter where you start because all will lead you to be an investor.

After that you will build a simulator and and project into the future your investment strategy and optimize your plans with new ideas.

It may be a simulation but certainly not a movie or a song.
