We regularly take over properties from managers who haven’t performed well, and it’s a seamless process when done right.

With this, along with shifting the utilities to the tenants and reducing the management fee to generate an NOI of around $103k, I'd estimate the value around $1.8M to $2.0M

Many online courses are self-paced, so working on it in your spare time is absolutely doable.If a career shift isn’t your goal, you can still learn the "game" through various other means.
