@Jennifer Drake what can you share about your PMC screening process that this has taught you to improve please?

The city of Oklahoma City has issued a moratorium on home share licenses and many landlords are converting STRs into MTR or regular rentals. 

If the PM doesn't want to share them, I suspect they are either lazy or hiding something.

If you don't mind sharing, what maintenance issues did you run into?

While people will share a bathroom in say a 2/1 it is likely a harder sell in a 5/2 and the price you command is less.
