I have never done any business with them, but heard plenty.Out of curiosity, I just did one: it looks mostly benign on just the name, but Google also auto-suggests adding words like “scandal” or “lawsuit” to the search.

And it's certainly not without an FBI investigation into a "pay to play" scandal with the Allentown mayor to keep everything interesting.  

All the different scandals that are plaguing the Land Bank and the ACTUAL results of their demolition program just show how far the city needs to come regarding how things are ran.

Curt I would say that 90 percent of my business comes from relationship and repeat customers and them telling someone else about how I conduct my business.If you have been following the MADOFF SCANDAL they said that there was only an elite group that was allowed in to invest with MADOOFF.

We spend 10k-25kmo on acquisition for off market deals every month so I don't know where everyone got this idea that wholesaling is some "no money needed, fake contract and escrow,lie filled scandal" haha I mean honestly I'd like to know who else is spending 250k/year on marketing.

There are scandalous individuals in every step of the process.

That makes it far more difficult to purchase a true cash-flowing property, even with the scandalous debt that was available in months past.

Best,SpencerThere has been much scandal in the turnkey space, and some very public and sizable stuff is going public now with Morris Invest - still early and everything is getting sorted out so, everything at this point is alleged.That said, I think turnkey is a great idea for certain people, but the challenge is getting a good provider.

What a scandal in Indianapolis. 

The worst part about any transitioning market is the real estate agents...I can't tell you how frequently I report these guys for flat out lying about location and condition...total scandals.
