Tell us some more about the house hack is it a true multi family or are you just rocking with roomates? 

The only other thing to do is rip off the band aid and shut down Evolve now and create your new accounts.

The last tenants did some damage to the interior of the house and repairs like, sheet rock, fixtures, paint, etc. need to be completed.

I have a 3/2.5 in Old Lake Highlands near White Rock Lake (~1 mile) that my family and I are living in as a primary residence, but I have been thinking about house hacking into another house and then doing a MTR on this 3/2.5.

Make sure you have a plan B and build resiliency into the portfolio. 

Is only sheet rock .Like one of the colleges said for a rehab and flip is a great deal.Now if you purchase to live in it ..Definitely a loss.
