I would not be surprised if you found out they were the original Developer.If, in fact, all of the necessary documents were never drafted or recorded, and/or no vote was ever taken, and transition did not take place, I would agree that on the face of it, no one has ANY Authority to demand payment for roadway maintenance.

Also, the geogrid disburses the weight load of even concrete trucks across the roadway versus just where the tires are, making the road stronger, even with less rock.

try a concrete wall. you can get them in different styles and they are great for along roadways to block view and noise of road.

The land I'm looking to buy will be clear for the most part so I would be able to come in and break up into plots, build main roadway in/out of association, will need utilities added to each unit etc.....

@Hai LocAlthough I don't disagree that Amazon has disrupted the market, I'm still seeing a sizable amount of retail activity along "high traffic" roadways.
