It sounds like a "mostly peaceful" neighborhood, kind of like the "mostly peaceful" riots that took place during the Summer of Love last year.Personally, I would let people know.

Policies have impact, absolutely, as does literally everything from hurricanes too riots as well, but to say it just Governments that move markets.....

Area is key and economy and competition .Working on over 2600 flips in my life has been a complete RIOT  !  

We tried to boot strap the rehab costs instead of using hard money and ended up taking way too long to get it done (a pandemic and a civil rights riot did not help the timeline but no excuses!).

My management company called me and read me the riot act so badl I almost swore at the owner.

Once the Sheriff shows up in their riot gear with the team of movers and locksmith (whom you must hire as well), most if not all leave in peace.
