VG  it was my understanding that sub to guys charged 15k .. thats what one BP member told me at the time.. so its hearsay how much they actually wanted for their expertise..

I love talking with investors, sharing values, discussing their wants and needs, helping them fully understand what they’re investing in and helping them achieve their passive income goals is very rewarding.

That expertise is crucial to getting your house market-ready.

I presently have a negative cash flow  in all 3 properties but am more interested in paying off the mortgages early to reap rewards later.Any thoughts? 

Consider the risks vs the small reward...

A better option would be to partner with someone who can bring the capital needed in exchange for you contributing your time, labor/effort, and expertise.

Hear your Buffett comment loud and clear and current administration is already making waves.Thinking out loud - cashing out the brokerage account seems like it should be an all or nothing move, to maximize the reward from going all in on RE for FI. 

If you think you'll hand it off to your PM to run and take the great amount of passive income as your great reward, there is so much more to it.  

The lone ranger approach works for some people, and I'm certainly not saying this is the only way or the "right way" to success, but for me and others in the community, it has been valuable and rewarding.
