Bank a few doors down from my residence didn't ever foreclose on a property.

Most would agree that taking money from you primary residence is not a good idea at all. 

I am curious as to if anyone is aware of any first time home buyers programs for buying the first Primary Residence.

I have found that I get more appreciation on the single family house because I can sell it to an investor or as a primary residence.
