So, when investing in areas they don’t really know, investors should research the different property Class submarkets.

When evaluating potential properties, consider three exit strategies: if you can sell quickly for a profit, hold it as a rental, or take a loss.

This will then allow me to do a sewer scope if/when the inspector finds a sign of a potential backup.

Smaller markets like Ocala, Spring Hill, and Palmetto can be great for affordable buy-and-hold strategies, while Gainesville offers unique student rental potential.

As I get deeper into Commercial Investing (the research of it), I am always think I am closer to getting a MultiFamily.

I've been doing a lot of research which is making me nervous but also excited.
