@Ali Boone I've read a few BP recommended books, read many forums, listened to many BP podcasts, to the point where some of the information is becoming repetitive.

Most of the repetitive things I have automated including: cleaning, restocking supplies, laundry, guest messages, dynamic pricing, etc. 

Absolutely find out what is causing this repetitive leaks, is it a foundation issue?
