I get the point about removing privacy, not gearing to a family for resale, etc.

Some companies may include in their contract that property management fees much be paid for the length of the agreement regardless of if the property is sold or removed from their management.

Does anybody have any contacts for companies that will remove a dilapidated mobile home in the Jacksonville area?

You can also leave out some bulk hotel toothbrush/toothpastes, make up removers, earplugs, sleeping masks, etc. if you really want to step up a "In Case You Forgot" basket.You can keep a closet with extra of things that has a lock on it and if someone is irrate because they don't have enough pods, you can at least have a back up solution for them if you choose too. 

I'm in a team who does these deals and we have a team of "door knockers" who go back weekly till the auction, they file bankruptcy which only delays 3+/- months 100% chance that the lender will as that their mortgage is removed from the bankruptcy they file NOD yet again.

You seem to be aware of this risk in referencing potential bottlenecks which puts you ahead of the curve.

If I were to guess, I would think that the new administration will bring positive change to the housing sector by removing regulations that impede builders, and affect building material costs.
