Both are legal here but in our lease, it states that its a non-smoking/vaping/drug-use building, which they signed.

I dream of having sexier investments like vacation rentals so I can have a place to spend time and also my friends and family have a place too, but kind of have a feeling it might not be enough income (although I am redefining what is “enough” so that I can have more free time).

I like both cities, loved OKC for 8 years and will never forget that feeling of seeing a city really get redefined by the Thunder + an innovative overhaul in the urban core....

Redefine my farm area, set absolute parameters as far as purchase price, down payment, etc.

They have begun to become so stealthy, they look just like the little vape pens you purchase at the gas station for your nicotine fix.

After further investigation I realized it was because RedFin is trying to redefine the way houses are bought and sold.

My advise would be to try to work it out, re-define some time frames, but be flexible with those as some things, like permitting, weather, etc. really are out of a contractors control.  

@Anita MuhammadI do not allow any tenant to smoke / vape etc. not only is the smell impossible to get out but also it’s a fire hazardThe rest is up to you and how you define the lease.

Initially started off in the car business but didn't want to get burnt out on my making my hobby my business, then moved onto retail (vape shop) and have been doing a lot better than I expected.
