thanks for posting and sharing. i guess i am not sure i agree as BRRRR might be the best for new and experienced people. its really the best way to recycle your money as most people are not working with an endless amount of it.

You start to think are they milking the system and will they do the same to you.

Currently we build one floorplan that can be used to make a profit or build and refinance out with 30%+ equity position and recycle the cash.

I also think many buildings I view are super outdated and I view the landlords as just milking the buildings and not putting money back into them so I view it as buying someone's else problem.

I'd recycle the original about $200,000 cash each time and have that left at the end.  

I am recycling my money back into my business and just buying more and more projects.

If you feel like they're milking the clock, get another lawyer to nip this in the bud.

We did this and used milk paint we bought through Amazon.

Take a look at Reno, it's is a solid area for rentals because of the limited new construction, tech and manufacturing jobs moving to the area (Tesla, Apple, Switch etc.) along with the lithium loop of mining and recycling to manufacturing batteries and vehicles.
