Think if someone like Public Storage builds next door. 

High net worth LPs don't really like to reveal themselves on public forums.

Even if the sponsor lacking knowledge and experience can raise capital through syndication, their life will become a living nightmare of lawsuits, hostile social media posts, public ridicule, accusations, legal threats.  

The law here says eviction is a public interest issue (of course it is!!!) 

Of course, with any public figure involvement, there may be some negative feedback with that person, but from my experience, the SDIRA Wealth building team in general is definitely worth considering.

It's in municipalities best interest to have this information readily available to the public so their rules are abided by.
