It was pretty hilarious, however, when they got to the home of the young newlyweds, who work as a yoga instructor and a plumber, and live in what is clearly a million+ estate on the Pacific, and they were all whispering, “how in the heck can they afford to own this place?”

Community is building resort style pool, gym and yoga center, hike and bike trails, dog park - all included in HOA fees which is not high.

Also, the MRI was unnecessary, he has mechanical back pain from lack of movement and poor posture and needs PT, chiropractic, massage and regular exercise (preferably including yoga, not high impact until he is doing better).

Expect 10 of those to counter back and out of that 10 you would buy 1.There are so many reasons why people are selling sometimes you have to keep digging till you find the seller for whom price is not the main issue.And it;s great practise!

I own the yoga studio where my wife teaches and that is her focus.
