I am probably guilty of this.  

They were guilty of not answering a question completely leaving out the things that would help you make an informed decision.

Unlike normal legal proceedings, you are guilty until you prove you are not.Additionally, this would be for YOUR travel only.  

As soon as your management company shows you they are bad -CUT...don't wait...they wont get better if you plead with them, politely discuss the issues, or angrily discuss the issues.
