If they are paying little to no money at closing, what skin in the game do they have?

I uploaded my property on their platform but I got an email last week saying their platform is updating so they will be uploading for owners until the update ends. 

I am a new investor and was really hung up about which platform to choose that would offer the most bang for my buck before I start seeing returns.

You don’t want to add it to the rent and pay it yourself because you’ll lose the “Tenant compares the rents game.”

I’ve read Kiyosaki’s books, too, and they completely shifted the way I think about money and investing—such a game changer.

I find their platform very user friendly and for those that have no clue about how to pick stocks, funds, ETF's, etc., Wealthfront is a great robo advisor.
