I am thinking that takes a license attorney or title and escrow company.Notes no problem.. we do those routinely same with deeds as you state.. just take a copy of the last deed.. and change the names of the grantor grantee to the new configuration.Instead of typing one out I will photo copy the legal description and just add it as addendum A to the legal in the orginal deed..

One last suggestion is to get photocopies/originals of all the documents your management company has (leases, receipts, etc) so you are prepared.Good luck.

The "doc's" that you photo copied are CA based and probably different from KY "doc's".

Besides, when you get "bigger," it's nice to walk into a bank/credit union with two previous years of professionally prepared tax returns to slap on Scrooge McDuck's mahogany table to get your loans approved instead of some cheap photocopied big box store tax software and legal pad scribbles.Blessings.

I know as I tried.A co-worker whose dad rents to college students at nearby colleges would photocopy the electric bill, divide it by the number of tenants on a particular meter, and submits the bill to each student tenant.
