I admire the rulers of Dubai for their vision and ability to put those into life.

If you truly want to "retire" young, keep investing and living your life you'll need a ton more.

But from what I have seen it has a lot of useful accounting tools that should make my life significantly easier, and ultimately that's what my intent is.

While they only took up a word or two of this story, they took up months and years of my life for which I earned nothing and lost much, at least in the short-term.

While I don’t regret anything in my life if I was to go back in time I would finish the real estate degree and go into something real estate when I graduated at 22 instead of doing it half-as**ed for years.

They have to take it out within 10 years, add it to their regular income, and pay taxes at the highest bracket in their life.

I've lived here my whole life and have really seen a dramatic change in this amazing city. 

What a story we can all tell in this journey called life :)

For family life, there are great communities with good schools and a lot of kid-friendly activities.
