They make TONS of money with it, and all the "Gurus" also make a killing hawking their wares. ya that is completely true. what they tell you is exactly what you would read in any real estate book... then for the real meat and potatoes stuff they sell you something. the only real entriguing stuff was from Trump and Robbins... who coincedentaly don't try and sell you anything.

Count it a blessing for the opportunity to gleam valuable knowledge from this individual but I would take the knowledge that I've learned and drop him like a hot potatoe.

The house is a baked potato color ( light tan) and the wall is a perry winkle blue.

There are lots of larger dogs who are actually great for apartment/rental living because they're couch potatoes.

Can't find one that will get back to me were too small potatoes. 

Honestly this is small potatoes don't spend more then 5 mins over thinking it.

I know $500k is small potatoes in commercial and I guess that's almost why I'm hesitant to look for brokers to find this for me rather than to just try and reach out directly to the owners of properties that match my criteria.  

If you were my neighbors I would cook some stuffed potatoes for you as a sign of gratitude.

I have a weakness for their potato skins....
