So, now we are barreling down that process as we had not originally thought we'd be going that route and I am trying to figure out how/what sources I'm allowed to use to verify their income.

I am in a similar situation as the original poster.

I was originally supposed to be a money partner only, though it has progressed to the point that I am having to step in to prevent as much loss as possible.

This ensures that the sameentity (the LLC) sells the original property and buys the replacement property,which is a key requirement for a 1031 exchange to qualify for taxdeferral.

Originally I was going to buy back home in Tampa, Florida but now that we moved abroad and don't see ourselves going back to the US any time soon we have kind of decided to shift focus into the Spanish real estate market.
