Not sure their volume its certainly not like Kiavi or lima or one of the big players..

for me, the ones that cashflow the most are the ones that I bought with 3% long term debt, they were new (low maintenance) and they are in high appreciating areas(just a bonus but does not impact cashflow).

I know I can't be the only one who has had this setup before, so I am just looking for thoughts, advice, experience, etc.
