I don't take offense to your challenge, but one thing is certain broad stokes via percentages can get you in trouble very fast. 

So just make sure that when you do have the convo (I do think that is a very high split for that person), you need to be diplomatic and realize that they may take offense to it or not want to reduce their split at all.  

There are going to be predators lurking, just get yourself heavily familiarized with what you're doing, protect yourself defensively and go on the offensive.
