I am a former travel nurse so I feel like I have always had a heart for the traveling healthcare professional since I was one :) The MTR model fit well with our goals and values and it's done so well for us. 

Nobody monitors or enforces it, but you should understand this before jumping in.

Neither camera is capable of turning toward the house to view anything going on inside the residence.I am a remote landlord and wanted the cameras as a security measure to protect the exterior as well as monitor what goes on when outdoor vendors are at the property. 

This is all not for the faint of heart but if you want to protect your money you need to get aggressive

Sounds like you may be in the heart of Atlanta, or at least very close to it. 

Consider remote monitoring tools (like security cameras), and budget an extra 10-15% for surprises.

That being said, if I can truly get 1.5-2x on average with on MTR, I’m sold in a heart beat.

Actually for me it is an upside to have indivdual systems so you can monitor tenant behaviors. 

I used to have a Minute sensor (for noise monitoring) in a unit located in a rough part of town, and guests would simply take it down.
