Bay windows or built-ins can be a subtle way of blending modern convenience with the character of Ardmore’s older architecture.

Other ways of using SDIRAs could be to invest in syndications, performing  or non-performing debt, precious metals, raw land, precious metals, mobile home parks, self-storage facilities and more. 

and we've had mall's just demoed and the whole lot redeveloped into a more modern use case for the the community needs. 

And most likely, upward mobility because any good "GM" is also ambitious.

A lot of young professionals like this area so furnishings should be modern and "upper-middle end", if that makes sense.
