To better cash flow the property, you can look at different income strategies like medium term rentals or short term rentals.

I use furnish finder with some properties to get leads for medium term rentals.

I do intend on holding them for a long time, but again this limits my flexibility in the short-to-medium term.Does anyone have any thoughts/suggestions for me?
