Does anyone have experience with ADU's (accessory dwelling units) in any market, but particularly Cincinnati?

@Arun Maheshwari we work with clients to find turnkey rentals in Houston, DFW, and San Antonio in TX, but also have 8 other markets we're in across the Midwest/midsouth.

Most investors take a look at the available rental units in a particular market,  determine if its a good or bad market based on DOM and either dismiss the market all together or replicate the housing units that are absorbed.

I don't know about other areas in TX, but I keep a close eye on Austin-SAN corridor, and I'm familiar with the market in Kyle, New Braunfels and NE San Antonio.

But my suggestion for future listings.Look at days on market in the area that you are going to list.

Any advice on starting out on this in the Houston or Katy market?
