Just watching the news. 

Hours spent watching podcasts and communicating on BP do not count.

When you are a new agent you do not have the luxury of referrals from clients you have worked with over the years.

Everyone has budgets and you are not in the luxury bracket where I would worry about young partiers etc.

-If you are a new investor, just wholesale and watch the flipper to see how things went.

There are a ton of tools and resources that not a lot of people know so doing some YT watching and their training helps immensely. also, happy to answer any questions you might have on set up / operations.

I have been watching the podcast for a while but just started to like at the website.
