Just started a few months ago so with more reviews I’m sure I’ll gain some more revenue but it’s high end luxury fully amenitized sleeps almost 30 people (so not much more value I can add that I can think of). 

I have been in the commercial investing scene since I started as an agent since I didn't want to buy in the same arena as my clients, so I have never had the luxury of 30-year fixed debt.

A luxury yacht or a dream car or something?

I go for the luxury/upscale coastal market.

Some luxury properties can go much higher.

Luxury custom home builders can be a mix of different nationalities with finish carpenters, cabinet guys, HVAC, sparkies and plumbers still mostly local but many are older and getting ready to retire.

Can you market the property as a luxury and walkable community?

You don't have the luxury of being nearby, so staying on top of things is more arduous.
