We keep them clean and comfortable but it's the location that 'sells' our units, not a lush interior.My holman units are pretty nice given they're 1930's built

It might seem inconsequential, but it makes a difference when renters are scanning through tons of options and want a home that stands out as lush and inviting.  

It has a huge yard for the kids to play plus 5 acres of gorgeous lush forest.Any tips or things I should consider that I'm missing?

Our house is well maintained and has nice landscaping, trimmed trees, lush cut green grass, while the other house is over grown with trees, house needs paint, rain gutters are falling down, garage door all dented up, the lawn is never mowed and on and on. 

Perhaps delist and populate a few new pictures such as new lush green landscaping and a few items that we staged.
