I also use their virtual credit cards which enables me to assign a card to a specific person, like the cleaner for my STR for example, so when she runs a charge, it automatically drops into the right account in terms of categorizing my expenses.

I have also really considered medium term rentals, however it seems that the market is somewhat saturated as many rentals have been dropping prices significantly when I look through Airbnb.

I'm sure people would pay extra for some kind of "meal prep/private chef" type package in their living situation.You've got the right idea thought, but don't be afraid to reach...nothing wrong with dropping your price after a couple weeks if you don't get any interest.

As far as credit, you would want a score above 680 ideally to get the highest loan to value on a cash out refinance, but I would aim higher at 720+ as that comes with a significant rate drop.
