Generally speaking there is a reason why Condo's are of larger size.

Just curious if they do all properties or just a larger property.

It sounds like you're really ready to dedicate time and energy into educating yourself about possible investments and I love that.

I want to pull out some of my gains into more stable investments.I don’t think SALT lending (or other block chain based lending platforms) are ready for prime time or ready to support large real estate purchases yet.

Ain't no way....Even Clayton Morris who had a much larger following than Pace grossed a fraction of that.

Umbrella insurance is usually a very large policy of $1 million or more, extending your coverage for larger situations.

Currently I own a large real estate company and still get some great value out being in his inner circle of real estate operators. 

Also--similar to apps like Facebook and Twitter--I can almost guarantee that a larger pool of people would seamlessly utilize their phones to vote/like and comment on the forums. 

I know the larger companies around here were charging up to 25% but it will probably vary no matter where you are at.  

My goal is to diversify with an investment that generates steady cash flow, even if it requires a larger upfront investment and lower overall returns.
