But there is a lot of missing info that makes it hard to even begin.As other's noted, it could be any number of things, some more common than others.It might not even be bathroom related, i.e. a roof leak that is showing itself in a bathroom (but presumably this would be present when raining and shortly thereafter).Toilet, could be wax ring or the O ring that connects tank to bowl.

Small Claims Court is also good, pro is you get an enforceable judgement so if anything is unclear such as damages amount that will be determined, cons are time and expense involved and once you win the big challenge is enforcing the order.

I was told that they have an IN-HOUSE CPA who would be more than willing to assist my CPA OR do the taxes themselves.Question after question I'm being told that my CPA needs to use his "own best judgement" rather than rely on advice from the firm that setup the entities to begin with.I think all potential clients need to be very mindful that Royal Legal Solutions WILL NOT back you up with your CPA when you go to file your taxes.

Whether or not you have an LLC, if you are found to be grossly negligent, it could be you that is writing the check for the judgement, and depending on the state, it can be up to four times actual damage.
