I'm personally in Broadmark and Arixa and considering Iron Bridge.

Definitely true, although I guess I could note there is one other good thing about blue cities and that is that they make it very difficult to build and thereby prices for existing buildings tend to rise as do rents (which ironically makes them less affordable and want to pass more arduous anti-landlord laws).  

Most of the details will have to be ironed out in the courts.

There is a small cafe that opened recently called Iron Horse on Watesessing. 

I am building a downstairs 1 bed 1 bath unit that will not have yard, bbq, hot tub, fire pit or anything else for outside amenities.

Mrs BBQ is AWOL.Lessons to take away from this:1)  Never skimp on your smoke detectors, someones life could depend on it2)  Make SURE you have solid insurance.  

I also include large sewer costs if piping material is clay or cast iron.
