@Marie Pruden I’m in California and well theres 2 bills that have been introduced that will extend tenant protections until the end of 2021.

Dachtera who introduced prepaying the loan with a series of $3000 lump sums every ten months in addition to the regular monthly payment of $632.41.

Is he going to just tell you to knock on doors and write letters, or is he going to introduce you to well vetted agents in your market that are known to source deals and sell for realistic prices?

Like someone else mentioned, doing a short term rental in a secluded basement that is very private and walled off is one thing, but sharing the same refrigerator, kitchen thermostat, etc. with a complete stranger seems like it will introduce more problems than what the money is actually worth.

Typically romex and copper wiring was introduced and most systems have been grounded - this will save you on electrical costs.
