How many are you installing a year?

I am excited to announce that the first prototypes are ready to install in Las Vegas.

The members here on BP that talk about STR auto-run systems didn't install those systems and find dependable cleaners & handymen overnight.

You sort of "install" this small portion of your mortgage that you CAN put all your money toward and then get it back when you need it.

You said public water was available...would the lots require a septic system to be installed or is public sewer available? 

They can install more control features in $20 and $100 bills like other countries.

Wiring for special purpose equipment would be like having to install 250V wiring to run a commercial walk-in freezer. 

Called our normal granite installer and he can't come out to measure until April (I plan on having it rented/sold before then).

Going over maps of known repairs with contractors showed that there were a few houses where people tried to have piers installed and ran out of money before hitting stable soil, others in the hyper local area did have to go to 100+ ft.
