I want to rent them out separately and wondering if I’m able to just add a mailbox and label each door as ‘A’ and ‘B’ Also, how do you separate electricity/utility bills for each tenant?

Hey!If a single family house is in a B or C class neighborhood. What makes the rental appealing to potential tenants? For example a 3/1 vs a 3/2 configuration? Thank you! 

People confuse the whole “wholesaler” label like it’s a profession.  

And I label them as such.

Section the circle off into buckets - label them "real estate", "Stocks", "Bonds", "Cash", Alternatives, etc.- Look at the allocation and make some assumptions about cash flow and growth. - Iterate on at least 3-5 more sheets of paper until it feels right. - Back everything about your financial plan into that end state. - NOW, run your draft plan by a CFP or three. 

Although you could probably pay a smart high schooler $100 if everything’s labeled.

Simple ingredients.

But nobody would infer it's anything remotely close to going to grocery store, picking out ingredient's, cooking all up, creating the meal in totality.
