I don't recall saying anything about strippers or saying anything even remotely inappropriate.

N12 would be absolutely inappropriate for all corporate landlords.

And without getting crazy, inappropriate, shyster, predatory moves involved.

Largely due to terrible or subpar property management, poor tenant selection, capex, frequent and sometimes inappropriate maintenance request, high turnover, etc..  

I find that to be inappropriate.

If they're one bedrooms, they're inappropriate for families. 

If I were you I wouldn't worry about this old man taking you to court for denying service when he's clearly being inappropriate.

We work for the investor, pull in appropriate GC, help with contracts, do the reporting and inspecting, disperse funds,  and use a transparent process - everything goes online, so everyone knows what is going on.  

What you refer to above is one component; not meeting that component is known as an Appeal to an Inappropriate Authority.
