I was under the impression that the Government moratorium was for federally backed mortgages. 

I am impressed this conversation is still going.  

However, my impression is (1) many deals should NOT be sold to unsophisticated/un accredited/ not high net worth investors EVEN IF the law allows this, and (2) when a deal doesn’t pan out as projected the unsophisticated investors believe they’ve been “scammed”. 

I've had a free trial of property radar before, and I was impressed, but how do we know the data is accurate and current for any of these platforms?

Yesterday, the landlord stated that it was their impression that we had agreed to painting not only the two rooms but extra rooms as well and now they are saying they are going to void the clause and raise the rent back to $3200, or we have to paint extra rooms not agreed upon.
