The people teaching the class are teaching but they are not the ones that will implement the ideas to propel your success. 

What type of strategy are you looking to implement; LTR, STR, MTR other? 

In a story in the Indianapolis Star the city has issued 877 letters and will be implementing fines if a property is not registered as required with the Landlord Registry.

HI @Zachary Sakena putting property into LLC in my opinion depends on that strategy you are looking to implement for next property and if you want to leverage property moving out of into LLC.  

It takes actual thought and a programmer's mind to be able to build a CRM into something that's actually effective (sure a basic person could setup a phased text message or email automation, but it's tying everything together with opportunities, automated campaign re-entry/follow-up, social media integrations/automations, etc that is the real value).

Even if the property owner LLC is named as a co-defendant for construction related liability if you implement the steps I mentioned in my earlier post,  in most instances construction related liability can be deflected to Builder or responsible sub contractors. 

We're waiting to see exactly how this reinstatement shakes out in terms of implementation and any potential limitations.My advice?

And yep, I was made aware a couple of years ago of that 12 person max and/or I think 4,000 sq ft limitation (or some size anyway) that requires a sprinkler system for all new construction.I don't think they're that wrong for implementing the requirement.
