@Victor Tofilski Zillow only shows 3 active rental in Pickney right now, so not a lot of competition.Given that, wouldn't worry about your pics and such - but, the advice given by others you should implement going forward.As others have also said, Nov-Feb is worse 4 months of the year to have a vacancy.- LESSON: don't allow leases to end during these months!

Even if the property owner LLC is named as a co-defendant for construction related liability if you implement the steps I mentioned in my earlier post, in most instances construction related liability can be deflected to Builder or responsible sub contractors.
