It is called emotional immaturity.

As a 20 year old, whenever I have spoken out about wanting to invest in real estate, I have been deemed "too immature" and not "ready" for this big step.

Having worked for groups that have been through a spectrum of life cycles (one off syndications through consolidation, institutional funds, non-traded REITs), there is a general immaturity in the syndication space when it comes to the finance side.  

(even tho we offered him a bed, he was just too immature to take it because he had deleted me from Facebook the prior week and I confronted him about it and he kept lieing about it and the bed was mine so he didn't take it) but BOTTOM LINE is that he wants to steal a couch and a bed from a foreclosed house..

I also think it's a space that has been relatively immature or stagnant for a long time.

There typically tends to be an immaturity about them as well.Also, to be fair regarding the "no silly questions" statement, we BP moderators even have a canned PM message to send after closing down newly-created threads asking "Do I need a LLC?"

Pretty sure he hated it and said that all the other guys interviewing were the most dramatic and immature people out there... you know, because that's what reality TV is all about.

The lack of maturity cannot be overcome entirely by age.In an educated world, wanting the 5 steps to financial success is naive, ignorant and immature.

There were serveral occasion that we got into unhappy situation, but i've never threaten to evict her, but i've asked her to move out with a 30 days notice if she can't bind to the rule and if she act immaturely. #4 She mentioned that i made her made cash payment and she thinks that i've not been reporting it to IRS and she will sue me about this too.
