I would also look at employment/unemployment statistics, and get a good sense of who the biggest employers are in an area.

Usually MTR comes fully furnished with utilities included, so you pay for the convenience.if the area has traveling nurses, other professionals that come for a few months for work they normally pay more, in certain cases the employer pays the rent not familiar with that particular market,  but worth looking into it.

I would employ full-time paid employees as moderators, not VAs or people willing to help (although they are great for doing it) because it is what makes the site better to get rid of the dust.2.

That does not require employment or job seasoning instead it uses the rents to qualify and you can take out up to 80% LTV cash.Use the cash to put down on the next 1-2 or more properties as long as the other properties are debt servicing themselves it opens up more opportuities to buy more future assets and increase your passice income.

File lien if you find assets. (3) File wage and bank garnishment if you have bank account number and current employer. (4) In most cases it is impossible to find current whereabouts of the tenant to serve any papers (garnishment papers)(5) We have started asking for car insurance cards to get information on the car, the only asset most tenants posses.(6) We have not been able to find new address of any of the evicted tenants.
